There's no doubt that Oklahoma State wants the 2021 Big 12 Championship back, there's also no doubt that the Cowboys were the better team when they met with the Bears in Waco on Saturday. Oklahoma State won on Offense. They won on Defense. They won in Special Teams. They won the turnover battle. You get it. The Cowboys were the better team and looked easily like the best team in the conference.

Discipline and Toughness Pays Off - Cowboys 41 - Red Raiders 31

Some called this a "trap" spot for the Cowboys and what exactly that means or what is meant Saturday looked to be and ugly dogfight that we were happy to go home with a double digit victory. To me it seems similar to last week against Baylor in that the better team won. This week looked different. We had to face a pissed-off Texas Tech team that were prepared and executed an incredible game plan in Boone Pickens Stadium on the day the OSU family inducted Bob Fenimore into the Ring of Honor. What if Demarco Jones doesn't make one heck of a play by calling fair catch and Tech gets that onside and scores to go up two scores with the way they were playing? I shutter to think but that didn't happen. Good game pokes!
