Happy Birthday Keith. I don’t know what to say other than I suck at grieving lol. I miss you so much man, it still hurts more and more each time I remember your gone. Just know that I’m gonna celebrate you each year the way you wanted me to. I can’t promise I won’t be sad though lol. I love you so much Keith.

To My Depressed Friend Next To Me That Thinks I’m Not Paying Attention

This one hits deep. So what are we gonna do about it? Get help? Talk to someone? Find another outlet for the emotions? Whatever it is do it! Don’t pass on the hurt. Don’t let the hurt become YOU. Please please please don’t fall. There are so many different programs out there that can help you. Shoot, I will help you if you want! But anyway here’s me rambling about depression and “unaliving”.
