A Journey Of Faith
It is important that we look after our emotional and mental wellbeing as well as our physical health. There are 5 areas of our wellbeing which I refer to as S.P.I.E.S. Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Social. The words we say to ourselves are important. This is why you are encouraged to write affirmations and Bible promises in key places in your home so you can encourage yourself each day. We also learn about other tools we can use to improve our mindset.
