Ryan Hennelly has been teaching the L.E.A.D. program in Eatontown, NJ for several years, and has helped bring the community a L.E.A.D. Fest event. Ryan also serves as a L.E.A.D. Master Trainer that educates future L.E.A.D. Officers.

Nick Glenn, winner of the L.E.A.D Instructor of the Year for 2022 is from Milan Police Department in Tennessee. His town has taught the L.E.A.D. program for six years. Nick supervises the curriculum in kindergarten, 2nd grade, 5th grade, and high school. Keith Stopera is a LEAD Instructor from Manasquan, NJ who has taught L.E.A.D. in the local elementary school for several years.

Karen Eggleston-Negron is coming to us from Collier County, Florida, who teaches the L.E.A.D. curriculum to fifth-grade students in two elementary schools. Joe Sitty is a police officer who teaches the L.E.A.D. curriculum to roughly 500 sixth-grade students in North Bergen, NJ
