A force to be reckoned with – but a kind soul – she has dominated the triathlon (and other) race circuit for years. Multi-year Gold Nugget Champion, multiple time Triathlete of the year, and (this past weekend) 2019 Little Su 50k champ. We loved sitting down with Amber and chatting her history, what inspires her, and how she trains. Currently her and her husband own Chain Reaction Cycles and are building a great community and team. We didn’t know much about Spartan racing at the beginning of this podcast – but by the end we figured that Taylor is going to pretty much take over the sport. He is made for it – Lungs, Legs, Grip and Drive. Really talented and only getting better, but don’t get us wrong – He is a family man with the right priorities. Recently a new dad he has some great insight on training WHILE keeping your family first. Episode 12 – Rosie Frankowski – Olympic Cross Country Skier

This episode’s guest is incredible. Listen in and let us know how you like it Rosie Fankowski (Instagram | Website) is an elite cross country skier, born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has risen to Olympic caliber though only starting cross country skiing in High School. A multi-sport athlete in college she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Spanish with a minor in History. She received three All-American honors and finished runner up at the NCAA National Championships while also earning a spot on the 2014 United States Under 23 World Championship Ski Team. She is currently pursuing her goals and dreams of skiing professionally with Alaska Pacific University Nordic Ski Center, a professional team out of Anchorage, Alaska. Over the past four seasons with APU, she has competed around the world on the World Cup, OPA Cup circuit, US domestic Supertour Circuit, and at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. Outside of ski racing, she recently obtained her Masters in Business Administration from APU in 2016, and currently works as a project manager for Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. — Bio taken from Rosie’s Website—
