During the break I took, I committed to spending time with my own feelings while not immersed in research. I didn't realize how badly I needed to, and the feelings and emotions surrounding that came out in my journal. So today, I would like to share five of those entries with you, and the thoughts I had behind them.    My hope is that is can demonstrate the active use of journaling as a tool for healing, while also letting you in to seeing a part of who Nic Taylor actually is. The depth isn't limited to this tool or coping mechanism, there are so many others, and one may fit for you better than journaling.
