Confidence is belief in ourselves and our ability. Appropriate confidence is such an important quality. This episode simplifies and justifies why we all deserve to be confident.

From our first days at any school we are rewarded by proving we have added to our knowledge; so, understandably we feel to achieve results and reach goals then we must add to our knowledge or add to our skills. Unfortunately as adults outside of institutions, this can move us further from our goals and what makes the difference is what we take away. This podcast explains what I mean.

Compassion is powerful and both admirable and effective qualities of great leaders, empathy however is the opposite. "Empath" is becoming a more popular word for relating to oneself as a good quality and this podcast questions that.
