Inner Voice
Self-talk is the internal dialogue that a person has with themselves, which can be conscious or unconscious. It can be expressed internally or out loud. Self-talk can be purposeful or random, and it can affect your mental health and how you face each day. So be conscious of what you say to and about yourself!
Unbothered
The day you stop caring what other people think of you is the day your life begins because unbothered people don’t allow their happiness to be determined by the actions of others. Never let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.
Accept
Acceptance does not mean resignation; it means understanding that something is what it is and that there’s got to be a way through it. Acceptance doesn’t mean you agree with, condone, or give up. It simply means you stop fighting reality. So take your time but learn to accept things for what they are. It's the only way to begin working towards actually bringing about a desired change in life.
