In the last couple of weeks the Emergency Service Industry has had some heartbreaking news that is becoming more and more common place. My heart goes out to the families and the members affected by the recent loss's and please, if you are struggling with anxiety or depression know that your are not alone. It really does help to talk to someone. Talking to friends, family or workmates is a great start but there are other avenues such as Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636, Lifeline Australia 13 11 14 or your local GP.
