Briana Scurry's career actually started on the boys soccer team. Girls soccer wasn't a thing yet in her small town of Dayton, Minnesota but that didn't stop the determined athlete from giving the sport a shot. We all know how that turned out for her. #olympian #worldcupchampion Sarah Fuller's decision to suit up with the boys, kicking for the Vanderbilt football team, came after the COVID-19 pandemic left some holes on the Commodores' roster -- and just weeks after the college goalkeeper helped her team win their first SEC championship since 1994. The morning of July 8th, the two trailblazers met for the first time: Sarah logging on from a hotel room in Green Bay, Wisconsin where her team -- Minnesota Aurora FC -- was preparing for their last match of the USL-W regular season. Across the country in southern California, Bri was in her hotel room preparing for her role as analyst for CBS Sports coverage of the CONCACAF W tournament. This special coverage comes to you thanks to the support of Pentz Homes of Keller Williams Classic Realty NW. It was produced with the help of Lindsay Guentzel, Wes Burdine and Corey Schreppel.
