When we release ourselves from worrying about the judgements of others we can move forward in our authenticity and do the things we want to in a way that feels so much more awesome. Nobody cares if your posts are in the right order, or there’s a typo on your captions or your clothes aren’t “correct” (that’s another episode). Other people’s thoughts are none of your biznizz and honestly, most people are thinking about there own lives, not yours.
