Clinical supervision (peer, management, clinical) builds reflection and resilience.11. Ongoing CPD and self-reflection improve clinician confidence and care quality.12. Staff wellbeing matters – access support via EAP, TASC, or NHS Practitioner Health.13. Core message: look after yourself so you can look after others, and provide the right care in the right place.
