QUESTIONING CONFLICTING CONFRONTATIONS [#2]

In this episode, I try to take on one of my biggest mental hurdles; confrontation. Conflict is such a hindrance to my mental well-being, that I want to change and overcome. By attacking these personal issues head-on, I am hopeful for a gradual increase in my mental health. I also discuss my social anxiety and where that derives from.
