Family.....To Be Or Not To Be

Do you feel like you don't fit in with your family? Do you struggle with deciding who to choose...the family you were born into or the family you choose? Sometimes, this struggle is so real. When is it ok to not allow your family to make you feel as though you don't belong? Where should the line be put in the sand? Is it okay to draw that line in the sand? Motivation can be an ugly word or a positive word. Lately, I have found zero ambition to get things done. Am I alone out here? Goal Setting

The Power of Saying No

After taking a couple months off to just regroup and take a break I am back! Relationships can be difficult to navigate in the best of circumstances.
