I noticed I was repeating the same patterns and I wasn't growing. I started to feel down and depressed, so I went out for a long walk in the woods, Hampstead Heath and it felt so good for the soul. I often thought my pain was negative and a burden , until I decided to use it as my energy and purpose! Everyone one has a story everyone has a purpose or calling, take a moment to find who you are and grow. It's not over and there are no limits, only the ones you place on yourself . Time is Now!

Ive been thinking about the choices I've made which hassled me to current day. Some good and bad memories but all me and I can now say I own it. In this present I'm focusing on making the right changes and new processes for a beautiful journey, because that's where fulfilment lies, not in the goal but the lead up. Be good to yourself x
