Have you heard of the 75 Hard Program? It isn't a diet or fitness challenge; it's a MENTAL TOUGHNESS Program. We're doing it, and we want to share our weekly experience with you. Here are some of the things we talked about in this episode: 1) What is 75 Hard? 2) Who are we? Why did we want to do this program? 3) What has our experience and results been so far? 4) Our best tips for each of the 75 HARD program rules. Also a couple things we failed to mention: NO CHEATS or ALCOHOL allowed in the program. If you don't do any single one of the rules each day, you start over from DAY 1! I also will say to make sure you're heavily salting your food to get the electrolytes in that you'll be short on if you're not used to drinking an entire gallon of water.
