#1 My first podcast. What I do and why I do what I do.

I am forever telling my clients to get out of their comfort zone. Today I am doing exactly that by starting a podcast. In this episode I talk about what I do. Which is helping people achieve things they may think is impossible, relating to health and fitness, and that could be someone who is a size 22 and think it is impossible to be a size 16 or someone who think it is impossible to do anything physically demanding that they dream about achieve, for example a 10k obstacle race or the likes of it.  I work with these people to not only hit their goal to surpass them and helping them achieve things they think is impossible, hence - Impossible to possible. I also share a little insight to my back story and why I have gone down this route for my life. In this podcast you can hear how it is new to me and I don't hide the fact that I have messed up whilst recording this but I think it is important to show the parts where you mess up because anything you do that is new you must start somewhere. I hope you enjoy.
