The pardoned January 6th rioter Taylor Taranto was seen wandering around Representative Jamie Raskin’s neighborhood, alarming prosecutors.  Judge Boardberg surprisingly reverses course on blocking some pardoned insurrectionists from getting refunds on their restitution.
