Mental Health and Spiritual Awakening with Karen Mindfulness and Meditation tip for today! Tuesday, November 12, 2024 Let me remind you that Mindfulness is being fully aware in the present moment! Mindfulness can be practiced doing almost everything, walking, talking, eating and so on. With this practice it allows enjoyment and awareness of what you are currently doing. A great example of not living in present mindful awareness is when you get in your car and you can’t remember if you locked the door behind you. Or if you get out of the car and can’t remember if you locked it or not. Most of the time they are locked, because it becomes an unconscious habitual practice! This brings me to practicing mindfulness in prayer that leads to deep meditation It brings our heart and mind into things which causes one to build this intimacy with God focusing on either your breath or the Words of Scripture!
