81. Somatic Presence & Lifelong Embryology with Bob Lehnberg

In this episode of the Compromise to Alchemised podcast, I welcome back my very first guest from 2024, somatic pioneer Bob Lehnberg. Moving past purely academic embryology, Bob and I dive deep into the world of morphological, embodied embryology, consciousness, and what it truly means to practice presence. Bob shares profound insights on bridging Western somatic approaches with Eastern practices like Qigong and Tai Chi, re-defining relaxation, and navigating our "personal legends" by stripping away the masks we wear. Bob Lehnberg has been studying Body-Mind Centering (BMC) since 1984, becoming a certified practitioner in 1990 and a teacher in 2002. He holds certifications in BMC Yoga, Integral Yoga, and the Supreme Science of Qigong. Bob served on the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork for 15 years and has taught somatic practices internationally across the US, Europe, Canada, and Asia. He is the co-founder of the Kinesthetic Learning Center in Durham, North Carolina, and serves as a faculty member and coordinator for BMC Somatic Movement Educator (SME) programs. 80. Accessing Your Origin: Understanding Human Consciousness for Modern Healing with Frank Carbone and Kate White

In this deeply resonant episode, I welcome back Frank Carbone and Kate White, two pioneers in the fields of pre- and perinatal psychology, Continuum, and somatic healing.
