There's a reason you feel different after a walk outside - and in this episode, I'm getting into exactly why. I've always known that being outside makes me feel better. I feel it on my morning walks, I feel it when I sit near trees, I feel it the second I step outside instead of sitting at my computer. But I wanted to actually understand what's happening in the body, so I did the research and honestly, the science is wild.
