jakson Partee N Play subculture in Philippine gay society. kansikuva

Partee N Play subculture in Philippine gay society.

itunes pic [https://assets.podomatic.net/ts/a5/09/74/supertanxong/3000x3000_10460347.jpg] Miguel accepted the Cute Pinoy Portal interview about the subculture in a gay society the so called “Partee and Play”. Partee and Party (PNP and PnP) is a phenomenon/ event and subculture of recreational drug users who engage in sexual activities with one another, either one-on-one or in groups. It is also called chemical session, chem session, and partying. It is very famous yet discreet among MSM in the Philippines. And so, The term is often but not always used by and associated with gay men and men who have sex with men (MSM). The drug of choice is typically methamphetamine, known as crystal or tina in the gay community or Ice. Other "party drugs" such as MDMA and GHB are less associated with this term. It has been called an "epidemic" in the gay community nowadays. I was very interested to tackle about the topic since personally; I witnessed it during my travel in Boracay, Holy week vacation in Puerto Galera and/or during gay parties in some gay-oriented bar in the metro. Ecstasy is very famous and truly it is discreet yet rampant within the said subculture. Within the subculture – there are various terminologies that even me – I don’t know the meaning. E.i, Fly High, Slam, Partee and Chill, and etcetera. The main goal of taking these drugs is recreational and it leads to arousal those results in practicing unsafe sex. The term party and play - and pay has emerged as a warning that partying and playing leads to bareback sex which increases the chances of contracting HIV and may result in other consequences such as neurological damage and resistance to HIV drugs Meanwhile, Miguel 20 years old who came from a prominent family exposed the said (not so) underground gathering of elite people to party and it involves taking prohibited drug. Listen to our episode as we discuss about it.

Once There was a Masseur name Allen

itunes pic [https://assets.podomatic.net/ts/a5/09/74/supertanxong/3000x3000_10388233.jpg] Allen is a 30-year old masseur from Pampanga who fights his own battle at the urban zone in Manila. He was 24 when he first worked in a massage parlor in Cubao w/o the awareness how the business really operates. Scarcity of resources is the major reason why he became as masseur. “Mahirap talaga ang buhay sa probinsya at high school lang ang natapos ko” he said. He wanted to earn money for his family when he got married. “How would you describe your work in one word?” I asked. “Fisherman – because just like a fisherman – sometimes there’s abundance and there scarce. “he said with teary-eye. “I am responsible in my own paddle” he added. Allen became famous in a Forum “FR Central “- a portal where-in clients shared common significance - massage. Majority of his clients gave him kudos and positive feedback. “ARTISTA NGA KUMUKUPAS – AKO PA NA MASAHISTA” – he emphasized those words. Upon hearing those words – it made me realized that all of us are created in fairness. There are reasons why Allen entered this kind of job – a job that the society condemned. However, in reality ,this society is also a stakeholder why masseurs exist. And so never judge anybody because in every people’s course of action – there‘s an underlying reason. You just have to open your mind and pay attention to their story. Listen this controversial and emotional episode hosted by Nathan.
