DEEP TALK: How can we continue normalizing “men” being vulnerable? with Ryan Bunton

Ryan Bunton is not just blood family to and with Taylor Page, he is, most importantly, chosen/built family. Thank you so much for joining us on here, Ry! :) In this episode, Ryan Bunton dives deep into his life journey with very important topics, such as the roll mental health and the mental health stigma plays in his life (both past and present) & those around him, and what being authentic truly means to him. About Ryan: “I fell in love with sports from an early age and began sportswriting as a hobby when I was only 11. I earned my undergraduate degree in Sport Management from Springfield College and my MBA from Fairfield University. At Fairfield, I worked in the athletic department in the communications/external relations department. I've had the opportunity to work numerous high-profile sporting events such as the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Final Fours, NCAA Women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight, and Spaulding Hoophall Classic.” Checkout Ryan’s work linked below: https://ryanbunton.journoportfolio.com/?fbclid=PAAaat5r2t-silLdZvZZ_NFW8e0FcGYw1ykjghfqPTkWRufXK9Xqz3iZI6w1M_aem_ARo4JThimYcsiBhxeJgKB57657AZVynHlDpAICXwbxY9eVWU7wlWEm90ENg1hTBczpE
