Shifting Your Mindset
As you think, so you shall become. As you do, is as you are. But how you think and what you do, can often be in conflict with how you want to be or become. Life and living is complex. It can become over-complicated though. I'd be lying to you if I did not admit that I have had my moments of funk and doubt. Nevertheless, I have also been driven to find myself a new and better way. In this episode, I talk about a dream I had and then I flow in to a sort discussion with myself about how some thoughts and ideas stick around longer than what they might be useful for. Perhaps you can relate to this too. If not, well, I hope that there is some other value in this for you. Take care!
Epiphanies
AHA moments! When you just get it! Who doesn't like those moments? However, how often do they really come along? When is it that all the stars align in your favour? My guess is that this is not very often. You can waste a lot of time, waiting for these moments to happen. In this little chat, I relate my own experiences and ideas. I don't profess any great wisdom here. This is just one person, ruminating. I do hope that you find something of value. Please feel free to comment. Stay well and be well.
Food, Love & Spiritual Growth
Back by popular demand! Just kidding. On a more serious note, in this episode, the good Doctor Maas and I touch on a few more topics that you might be interested in. Well, that's if Love and Spiritual Growth mean something to you. I will post the full and unedited version of our latest conversation shortly. Keep well and be well. Lyndon & Dr. Maas
Do What You Can
Conscience, Intuition and Meaning
In today’s episode we have a broad discussion, on the topics of Conscience, Intuition and Meaning. The good Doc and I discuss some interesting things that we have learnt this week. Included are links to the various videos that we reference. Not to put a finer point on things, you may or may not be aware as to how medicines come to market, and some of the controversies around suppressed knowledge. No, this is not tinfoil hat time, but as you’ll hear, there is something for us to take in to consideration. : Links :: Dr. Marc D.
