Edit: the statement made regarding Empower AU being formed in response to Faith Ferber's lawsuit and that it went through a working group was incorrect. Empower AU was formed by a group of students (including Ferber) in response to a different incident and attained funding through the Student Government. Kimberly Kraska's case was eventually recheduled
