This is my mom's story, told through her eyes. She is the eldest of twelve, and she has seen so much! I am not sure how many episodes it will take, but I am hoping to have other family members share their experiences as well. Everyone took a different path in life and everyone has a different perception of what life was like. So, one of my biggest peeves is when people in customer service have no idea what "customer service" means. I realize that we all have a lot going on in our lives, and I can forgive that.
