Therapy Session

Hi everyone Welcome back to Emeralsworld!!  I took two weeks off! Last week was my spring break and the week after was mid terms. In this podcast, I talk about how my therapist ghosted me and the struggle to find a new one. A lot of people are ashamed to have a therapist but I embrace it so much it's like your own built-in best friend to you can tell anything with no fear of judgment. Hope you enjoy:)

Hiii everyone welcome back to emeralsworld!  This week's episode is about anxiety and my feelings. I am very raw in this episode and hoping up with my feelings. Anxiety is real you may suffer from it or someone you know. A lot of times people don't talk about how their feelings but sometimes talking can help you.  I also talk about going on medicine and how it has impacted me. Hi, Everyone. Welcome to Emerals world! I had a bad week. I was on my period. I was sad; I just was in a haze. We all know how that felt the past week. I wouldn't give up and not do anything. It was only up to me to change my week around. I noticed I was sad. I didn't push that aside to fake being happy; I let my emotions go in the flow they wanted.  enjoyyy loves :)
