7-years infertility, 30-minute endometriosis diagnosis with ENDOSURE, 6-weeks post-surgery for endometriosis discovers PREGNANT with FIRST Canadian ENDOSURE Baby

Ashleigh's 7-year unexplained infertility story, 30-minute TIER-1 endometriosis diagnosis with ENDOSURE and Pregnancy 6 Weeks after Endometriosis Surgery in Vancouver. FIRST Canadian ENDOSURE Baby! Watch it on YOUTUBE here: https://youtu.be/rfaY_ykqbJw A clinician interviews Ashleigh, the first Canadian mother to benefit from the ENDOSURE EVG tier-one, noninvasive test for diagnosing endometriosis, about her seven-year journey with “unexplained infertility.” After cycle tracking and restorative fertility care suggested a high likelihood of endometriosis, Ashleigh took the ENDOSURE test which showed a highly positive result and led to an out-of-province referral for excision surgery in Vancouver in June 2025. Surgery confirmed stage 2 endometriosis with three lesions near her bowel and bladder. Ashleigh became pregnant six weeks later after 7-years of infertility, delivering a healthy baby, Elijah, after an easy pregnancy and birth with midwife support. They discuss endometriosis symptoms, missed diagnoses via imaging, the importance of earlier diagnosis, patient choice, insurance coverage, healthcare costs, and ENDOSURE’s >99% accuracy and potential to reduce reliance on surgical diagnosis. 00:00 Welcome and Breakthrough 01:32 Years of Unexplained Infertility 02:25 Finding a New Clinic 03:32 ENDOSURE Test Experience 04:41 Surgery and Fast Pregnancy 07:05 Pregnancy Risks and Accuracy 12:17 Symptoms and Daily Impact 16:14 Listening to Women and Treatment 19:40 Advice Get Tested Early 22:12 Access Insurance and Costs 28:08 Limits of Imaging and Silent Cases 35:01 Trust Yourself and Next Steps 40:18 Pregnancy Birth and Midwives 43:29 Closing Vision for Change #EndoDiagnosis #ENDOSURE #endometriosissurgery #infertilitytreatment #fertilitytreatment
