Psychiatry residents include Xiaohe “Heidi” Pei, M.D.; Jessica Nwabeke, M.D.; Aqsa Zia, M.D.; and Joele Charlene Guemkam Tueno Scott, D.O. They’ll begin clinicals at Enloe on July 1 following a two-week orientation.
