Happy Friday, Happy Venus Day! In today, we discuss a beautiful way to close out our day by practicing a gratitude journaling that follows a 3-2-1 method. In today, we will write down . . .  3 Joyful Moments 2 Peaceful Moments 1 Moment of Love at the end of our day. And I hope this is something you continue even beyond today! I hope that this exercise helps us to find ourselves in a higher frequency to end our day and also to remind ourselves of the beauty that is within all of the joy, the peace, and the moments of love in our day. Where are you consuming things that contribute to your negative self-talk, overly critical thinking . . . where are you, what situations are you in when this is happening? What is contributing to your spirals? * Log when it begins!  2. What is a tool that we can use to stop or slow that cycle from happening? I hope today’s message, though a process, helps us to bring attention to areas where we are able to shift our energy when we begin to notice ourselves drop into negative thought loops & patterns. Good morning and happy Monday, happy Moon Day! Mondays are connected to the Moon and are the perfect day for contemplation, intention setting, and beginning the week with a slow and soft energy.  In today, we begin to build awareness of where we want to set our intention around the thoughts that we play in our heads. Are they positive? Negative? Worrisome? Judgmental? With this information, I encourage you to set your intention based on what you want to do about this. Do you want to encourage less worrisome thinking? Do you want to shift your thoughts patterns? The quote referenced in the episode is by Corrie ten Boom, "Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength." What is your intention for this week?
