Are you longing to be heard--REALLY listened to? Are you stuck in a rut, old patterns that keep repeating? Do you struggle staying on task or pursuing things you feel fulfilled by? Do you wish you had someone you could talk to about life--the meaning, the purpose--someone who knows the struggle all too well, but is not lost in it themselves? I can be this person for you. I offer support, a space-holding service: neither a friend nor a therapist, but filling the gap between the two. I offer 1-on-1 calls to anyone interested. I listen deeply with compassion and non-judgment. I offer guidance and mentorship when requested. I offer space for you to untangle yourself, to find your way through a confusing, challenging world. I support you to remember JOY in your body and to bring ALIVENESS back into your life. I am a listener, a teacher, a guide--one who believes YOU have the answers and YOU know your way (when you really listen to what's inside). Reasonable rates; sliding scale available.
