As the first Art & Healing Program Collaborator at Aliento, she helped shape bilingual programming for immigrant children, youth, and families. Inspired by her role as a singer at vigils and protests, she studied music at PVCC and ASU, exploring its therapeutic impact. Currently the Cultiva Program Manager at Aliento, Ileana leads a team of 15+ facilitators, expanding arts and healing programming to schools across Arizona.
