DAY 151: 1 Kings 3–4 1 Kings 3–4 begins the golden age of Solomon’s reign as wisdom, peace, order, and flourishing spread throughout Israel under the blessing of God. Instead of pursuing raw power, military dominance, or personal glory, Solomon asks for wisdom to govern God’s people faithfully, and through that wisdom the kingdom begins to resemble a partial restoration of Edenic peace, where justice, abundance, stability, and prosperity flow outward even to the surrounding nations.
