Not just sharing credit when it’s easy, but sharing the spotlight, the workload, and the hard moments in a way that reflects true alignment. I talk about a past team experience where a person’s inability to truly “share” quietly eroded trust and momentum. I had to stop ignoring my instincts that came from the subtle “pink flags” and finally accept that I couldn’t influence this person to be someone they simply were not.  This conversation is about the responsibility we carry as founders to protect the environments we’re building. I Said Yes Before I Knew What I Was Getting Into

When I first said yes to applying for The Forum’s pitch program, I had no idea how much it would change me. In this episode, I share what happened behind the scenes of presenting our vision in front of 800+ people who genuinely wanted to see women entrepreneurs succeed. The biggest win wasn’t the outcome, it was the growth that came from putting my business in front of strangers, receiving honest feedback, and learning how to communicate my vision with confidence.  I also reflect on the power of being fully seen, celebrated, and supported as a female founder. The Forum reminded me that saying yes before you feel ready can open doors you never imagined, and that surrounding yourself with people who believe in your vision is one of the greatest accelerators for growth.
