One conversation that doesn’t get talked about as much is Mental Health. It’s not really recognized in Black communities, and I want to encourage you guys to please take care of yourself. Mental Health is important and needs to be taken care of like how you would take care of your physical body. Do things that makes you happy, whether that is taking yourself out to dinner or just being around people that make you happy. I love you guys, and please take care of yourself. You are important!

I wanted to draw attention to today’s episode in relation to Habesha parents’ culture. I’m aware that many Habesha people have challenges in our households, particularly those who live in the U.S. or who have immigrated someplace outside of their home country. This platform will help us understand why Habesha parents are the way they are and we will also go over suggestions for how Habesha parents might be more cognizant of the times. Hey beautiful people, I've wanted to make a segment on boys in today generation because, let's face it, y'all really need to grow up, MENTALLY! (speaking from my experiences & observations obviously). To all the boys out there: what makes y'all not want to be emotionally available towards a women you're interested in? why do/ or do you seek friend validation? To all my women out there: what situations have you been in & how has it affected you? (whether that's in a relationship or situation ship) how did you over come it? That's all that I have for y'all!
