In this episode, “Simple, Affordable, and Reproducible!”, Paulo and I discuss practical tools and equipping of local movement leaders in Tanzania to create their own gospel media. Paulo shares with me how his people need simple media that can be used immediately in their church planting efforts. This media must be small and simple, so that they can play it and distribute it easily from phone to phone. It must be cheap and affordable for the common person. Finally it must be able to be reproduced by the average Maasai person or it will not be useful for multiplying Disciple Making Movements. He and his movement leaders are also using very durable radios/phones with torch lights and audio players. Voice of the Martyrs ministry is providing Paulo 2,000 MegaVoice units that have the Bible in the Maasai language. They use cheap phones to broadcast the audio bible to the remote villages.
