NE Roots Podcast – Episode One: The Last Miner In this first episode of the NE Roots Project podcast, young people from Headliners (UK) and The Activity Den uncover the living industrial heritage of Tanfield Lea and Stanley in County Durham. The Last Miner was created by young people who explored local history through interviews with a former miner and conversations with community members, capturing real voices and stories of the area’s mining past.
