In this gentle guided mindfulness practice, we begin a seven-day journey of learning practices inspired by Sadhguru. Today’s practice is Awareness of Existence, the awareness of simply being. Through mindful breathing, inner awareness, gratitude, and respect for everything around us, this practice invites you to notice your own existence and the existence of all people, objects, and living things around you. You may begin with something simple in front of you: a cup, a pen, a chair, a clock, a plant, a road sign, or even the sunlight and air around you. With a quiet heart, gently say: “I see you. I respect your existence.” This practice supports mindfulness, gratitude, emotional wellbeing, inner peace, spiritual growth, conscious living, and a deeper sense of harmony with life.
