Healthy health in Covid-19
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has led us to be isolated at home for a long time, but it is very important because we help prevent the spread of the coronavirus among ourselves. On the other hand, this causes us to lose social interactions, habitual routines and our level of exercise goes down since we will not perform routines as we previously practiced them. This new way of life that we are adopting throws us a host of negative things for both physical and mental health, for example: not being able to access regular breaks since most of the time we spend working in front of the screen. What also causes us stress and anxiety, all this can lead us to gain weight in an unhealthy way and to lose the good physical condition that we have already adopted. Next, I will provide you with some tips that will help us lead a healthy life at home by being active and eating things that are delicious and good for our health.
