Changes are inevitable and it is part of human experience. Here I share my experience with changes and resistance to these changes.

Temporary

Life becomes a lot easier when we when accept the reality of life: Everything is Temporary.

Acceptance

Why should accept our past? why is that we can't let go of somethings?

People pleasing

why do we people please? what do we get out of it? when do we start living for ourselves? It's not selfish to want to live for yourself, it's ok to have boundaries, and it's ok to say no. Stop saying sorry when it wasn't your mistake to begin with. Learn to make yourself happy before making others happy. You are not responsible for anyone other than yourself.
