I'm back! It feels so good to be back with you and bringing you another episode. Sometimes in life you have to push things to the back burner. I give a great example of how I like to think about priorities because we can't do it all - and that's okay!! In this episode I chat about the feelings i've had going through healing and my mental health journey. I let you into my brain with me trying to pinpoint why feelings of happy, letting go of my wounds, and success makes me feel weird. I don't know my personality without my mental health struggles. That's not my personality though so time to build some new neuropathways and switch the mindshift.
