Kuvaus

Many Latter-day Saints encounter explanations of “the Trinity” that don’t accurately reflect what most Christians believe. In this video, I compare the Latter-day Saint view of the Godhead with Trinitarian theology and examine several ideas—like modalism, Arianism, and partialism—that Christians themselves consider heresy. 💙 Support the Channel If you’d like to support what I’m doing, you can check out my Amazon Wish List below: 🛒 Amazon Wish List: https://amzn.to/41xw6Ja [https://amzn.to/41xw6Ja] ⚠️ Disclaimer The views and opinions shared on this channel—whether by myself or by invited guests—are our own and are offered for reflection and discussion. Remember You Are Dust | Visiting an Anglican Church

I visited Saint John’s Anglican Church (ACNA) to experience my first ever Ash Wednesday service. The service followed the Book of Common Prayer and felt structured, reverent, and deeply meaningful. The contrast between “remember that you are dust” and the Eucharist as the “medicine of immortality” really stood out to me. I especially appreciated the focus on Christ’s presence in Communion. Conversation with Seventh-day Adventist Pastor Jamey Houghton @8thirty2

I was joined by Seventh-day Adventist pastor Jamey Houghton from the YouTube channel @8thirty2 for an open, respectful conversation about Seventh-day Adventist beliefs and how they fit within the broader Christian landscape. We discussed topics such as: * The historical origins of Seventh-day Adventism * How Adventists understand their relationship to other Christian traditions * The Sabbath: why Saturday, and how SDAs interpret key biblical passages * Ellen G. White: her role, authority, and common misunderstandings * Distinctive Adventist beliefs 💙 Support the Channel If you’d like to support what I’m doing, you can check out my Amazon Wish List below: 🛒 Amazon Wish List: https://amzn.to/41xw6Ja [https://amzn.to/41xw6Ja] 🔗 My Links: 📸 Instagram: https://bit.ly/4mImPX2 [https://bit.ly/4mImPX2] 🎧 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/3ZR0vk8 [https://apple.co/3ZR0vk8] 🎙️ Spotify Podcast: https://bit.ly/4kbE7eJ [https://bit.ly/4kbE7eJ] 🟠 Amazon Podcast: https://bit.ly/3NQAoHC [https://bit.ly/3NQAoHC] ⚠️ Disclaimer The views and opinions shared on this channel—whether by myself or by invited guests—are our own and are offered for reflection and discussion. Visiting a Seventh-day Adventist Church | My Honest Experience

I visited the West Jordan Seventh-day Adventist Church to experience a Saturday Sabbath service. From warm “Happy Sabbath” greetings to Scripture-rich teaching, heartfelt prayer, hymns, and a strong emphasis on grace through Christ, it was wonderful to join these amazing people in worship. Why Latter-day Saints Shouldn't Call Themselves Trinitarians

In this video, I explore when Latter-day Saints should and shouldn’t use the term “Trinitarian” to describe their beliefs. I explain why using “Trinity” casually can create confusion and how being thoughtful about language can lead to clearer, more productive conversations with other Christians.
