Overcommitting/living in the moment

In this episode, I talk about how I am in the process of overcommitting myself and how it has made me want to fully take advantage of the fun things I have in my life. I bounce between the topics of school, work, friends, emotions, grad school, and just life in general. While I continue to stay busy I am thankful for the time I take to record episodes and am SUPER thankful for everyone who actually listens :))
