Hello everyone! You may have noticed this week's episode is a little different - from now on, Just Here To Vibe will alternate between posting a standard podcast episode and a meditation every other week. Meditation has been so impactful and practical in my life, and I'd love to share the benefits with you. For the inaugural mindfulness mediation, today we'll be focusing on finding acceptance during difficult periods of life. From losing a loved one to shifting careers, we often put up resistance to change in our lives, often to our own detriment. In this practice, we'll center our attention on ways to find acceptance and peace within challenge so that we are able to move forward with our lives.  Whether you're joining me first thing in the morning or in bed during the evening, I'm proud of you for taking this time for yourself to get to know your inner dialogue a bit better. So get comfortable,  and I'll see you on the other side of our first meditation!
