Prophet Lut عليه السلام was the loyal nephew of Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام, who made hijra with him as a boy, so even though Prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام comes first in the chronology, his life is long and will fill a few episodes, which extend beyond the life and times of Prophet Lut, so we will present them together. This episode reminds us that the ‘depths to which humanity can descend’, which we encountered in previous episodes, became ever more profound and disturbing in the life of Lut عليه السلام.

EP 8 Prophet Salih aleyhisalam - When a Nation Killed its Miracle -   In the story of Salih and his people the Thamud, we see the dreadful depths to which humanity can descend. They were given the very sign they themselves demanded,  yet they still rejected it when it came. They were willing to destroy not only the sign, but the Messenger who brought it to them.

Episode Seven: PROPHET HUD عليه السلام THE THIRST TO DOMINATE

Prophet Hud aleyhisalam was sent to the powerful and skilled people of Aad, the descendants of the people of Nuh. People of blindness they were, who knew of Allah and of the Great Flood and yet the wisdoms and warnings were utterly lost on them!  They flat-out rejected the honored status conferred on them by their Lord and allowed their gifts to turn them into tyrants across the land.

Episode Six: PROPHET NUH عليه السلام WHEN ALLAH REWOUND CREATION: THE ARK OF MERCY

If you could enter and ride that Ark of Mercy, ah, if you could enter and ride, you would taste the sweetness and certainty of Allah’s Mercy and all fear would leave you. You would utter,  ‘What has he gained, who has lost Allah? What has he lost, who has found Allah?’
