One of our cats “Wysi” got sick, so now I’m home-cooking cat food for her to get better. At the same time I’m working on improving my sleep and energy level, if it’s not about my nutrition, what is it then? And finally an update about my progress in the Lifebook Leaders Certification Program. What are you up to this week? P. S. 3. Cancel your todo lists with self-love

Sometimes we are not in a state, where we can accomplish all the things we set ourselves up to do. I experienced it first-hand this week, after coming back from my holidays. I decided to cancel my todo list with self-love. After recording, I listening to my episode, and I feel that I bragged a bit too much about being an A student. I’m happy that I did well in school, but I can say for certain that it didn’t have much to say about how I did later in life. If you’re not an A student, don’t feel bad about it. Actually, feel relieved that you don’t need to measure yourself against some arbitrary standard set by your experience of school. How do you practice self-love?
