Taste of Truth be Told

In this episode I share one of my FIRST spoken word pieces that came to me as a journal entry in an early morning of processing old traumas that popped up from my childhood through to my late 20’s. It’s parts of my story that have made way for so much healing within myself, my family dynamics, confidence in setting and upholding personal boundaries, and so much more. The gift of this healing keeps on giving. Remember that no matter how broken you feel, or where you are in your journey you’re doing the best you can with what you’ve got, and you are loved and supported in such divine ways.
