We get very personal in this episode while I go on a low-energy ramble about routines & productivity. I think it’s good to break out of routine every now and then, or re-evaluate your priorities, & decide what true productivity is to YOU personally. Take time for yourself, to recharge your social battery, motivation, or peace of mind. Practice self-compassion. Know when it’s time to push through excuses, & when it’s time to give yourself a break because you really are doing enough.
