Kuvaus

The menopause didn't come overnight, but crept into my life over months in the form of insomnia, moodiness and depression. In this episode, I tell you how I was feeling long before I realised that I had entered the menopause and finally knew where to look for solutions to my complaints. Why am I doing this

My personal feeling is that we still talk too little about our own experiences with menopause symptoms to each other. Even while talking to close female friends, menopause and its challenges is hardly a topic. I was surprised by the menopause quite unprepared and for the first couple of years did not even think about menopause, hormones and insomnia at all. As a consequence, I went on a odysee to find the reason for my not-so-wellbeing-anymore. If we talk about our menopause challenges openly, like I do in this journal, we can help each other to prepare for or understand menopause better. Please feel free to leave comments or email me directly. wechseljahreszeit@gmx.de Intro/Outro: pixabay - Lovelyday (Intro) Fashion Summer Happy Travel Vlog Music by Audiorezout This is the English version of my German podcast Wechseljahreszeit.
