As part of a wider project, they are launching 'connect plus' app, which is an NHS approved platform that can help support patients through their journey right from the moment patients are thinking whether they have ADHD or not, all the way up to through the process of how to get a referral, and their journey through their service with assessment appointments and management options afterwards.
